- Will Jurkowski:  I need to update this! There are now two parts to the review! 1. I bought an MDX from Kathe Freund! 2. The work done on my 2004 NSX. 1. The NSX is a great car but it's not great for moving much more than myself and a friend. I wanted to replace my aging Volvo sedan and was looking for a bigger car. I spoke with Kathe at Flatirons first when she noticed my NSX but then about the 2016 MDX which we took for a test drive. She was very knowledgeable about the array of features on the car of which the safety features were most important to me and she walked me through all of them. As I continued on in my search I realized that the MDX would not fit in my garage alongside my NSX and the idea of purchasing a brand new car only to leave it on the street made me sad. I then talked with Kathe about some of the certified pre-owned MDX they had in their inventory. We found a perfect Black on Black MDX with the Advance package (I wanted ventilated seats) and again she took me out for a test drive in the car and described the similarities and differences between this and the new car. She never once batted an eye at my switching from looking to purchase a new car and a used car which made me feel even better. She was considerate, kind, and incredibly wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. It was clear from our interactions that she works hard to help people in their search. She remembered my girlfriends name from a very previous conversation and knew her right away when she came with me on one occasion to look at the MDX. I could not give a better review of Kathe if you are looking to purchase an Acura. She's wonderful! 2. I took my 2004 NSX to Flatirons Acura for some service after purchasing the car. Josh Strong took great care in describing everything that would be done on the car and keeping me updated on when the work would be completed. I also had the opportunity to speak with Chris who is the NSX Master Mechanic (I may have made up that title but he absolutely deserves it) who made me feel comfortable leaving a car I am strongly attached to with him for several days. Knowing that the team at Flatirons was taking care of the car and that it would be correct when it was finished put me at ease. I now plan extra time just so I can stand and talk with Josh and Chris at Flatirons because I enjoy it so thoroughly.

- Sarah Babetski: My fiance and I had a great experience working with Fred Rudd. He was knowledgable and friendly without making us feel pressured to buy. Eventually we found the right car and thanks to Fred we are very happy with our purchase.

- Sean Allen:  Flatirons Acura Service is the reason I am a brand advocate for Acura. The guys in the front office will tell you sales is the focus, however don't overlook the service department. Mark Willemsen has been my service adviser since 2007. Mark Willemsen and Damon Mares are the only reason I will always own a Acura. These guys do not get enough credit. They keep my car on the road, and my family safe.

- Laura O. : Damon in parts and service literally saved the day.  A fuse went out in my 2004 Acura TLX prior to my 1,200 mile journey back to California.   The fuse mishap was discovered late in the day and I had to depart early the following morning.  After explaining my situation he asked when I  could bring the car in so he could personally take a look at it before they closed.  I walked in, he came out and looked at the fuses right there in the parking lot.  He changed a few out and just like that I was on my way.  Please give Damon a raise.  He went above and beyond the call of duty to provide us with excellent service.  Thanks Damon!  Thanks Flatirons Acura!

- Dean J. : I have been searching for cars for a few weeks, and pulled online and Carfax reports for 24 vehicles in the Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs area.  As you can tell, I was picky with my search, and was willing to wait for the right vehicle. My search took me to Flatirons Acura where Kathe was able to help me locate a car in my search.  After visiting several other dealerships at this point and having some bad experiences, I was impressed with the service that I received from Kathe, and how she helped me with the vehicle I was interested in.  After test driving, I ended up not being interested in the vehicle for various reasons.  The vehicle was great, but I wanted to keep looking.  Kathe showed me one other vehicle in my price range, and just like the first, it was a great vehicle, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase.  After that, Kathe was very friendly and did not pressure me at all.  She said that she will keep looking for my vehicle in my criteria, and that was it.  I actually hated to walk away because of how positive my experience was.  I ended up buying a different vehicle at another dealership a few days later, but would definitely consider Flatirons Acura for a future purchase, and would definitely recommend this place if you like friendly service without the pressure of some dealers.  Thanks for the great experience.
